We are currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join a well-established nursing home in Weymouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Nursing Home Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and making a genuine difference to residents’ lives.
The home is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse who can work confidently as part of the nursing and care team, with opportunities available across night shifts.
As a Registered Nurse in this nursing home, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional and clinical needs are met.
The successful Registered Nurse / RGN / RMN will ideally have:
- A valid NMC PIN with no restrictions.
- Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse within a nursing home, care home or elderly care setting.
- Strong clinical skills and sound knowledge of nursing care.
- Experience with medication administration, care planning and clinical documentation.
- Good understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a wider nursing and care team.
- A compassionate, professional and proactive approach to resident care.
