I’m working with a training provider who are looking to bring in a Water Treatment Trainer to support delivery across their programmes.

The role:

  • Deliver water treatment training to apprentices and existing engineers
  • Teaching areas focused on reverse osmosis, filtration systems, water treatment processes and equipment
  • Support both initial training and upskilling programmes
  • Deliver a mix of classroom and practical-based sessions
  • Travel to client sites across the UK as required
  • Support learners through training, assessments and progression

What they’re looking for:

  • Strong background in water treatment (reverse osmosis, filtration, plant systems etc.)
  • Open to trainers or experienced engineers/technicians looking to move into training
  • Experience mentoring, coaching or supporting others beneficial
  • Teaching / assessing qualifications beneficial but not essential (can be supported)
  • Comfortable delivering to groups and representing the provider on client sites
  • Willingness to travel nationwide
