FIND are delighted to be working with an Ofsted graded Outstanding training provider to hire multiple Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Tutors. Due to impressive growth and demand for the Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship programmes that they offer, our client are looking to hire a number of new Tutors to support the growth of their provision and deliver both the Teaching Assistant Level 3 and 5 courses. Based from home, the successful candidates will also travel across their local regions to observe learners in their workplace every 2 months, with a remote session planned in between each face to face visit. This post will holistically plan, co-ordinate, mentor and support on training and assessment for apprentices. Knowledge and experience from working in the schools sector will be shared with apprentices to ensure they achieve their programme at the highest possible level and in a timely fashion. Job Responsibilities Conduct skills reviews with apprentices and employers to identify gaps. Develop and implement individualized training plans.
