FIND are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a wellâestablished and growing Ofstedâgraded Good Training provider to hire a Residential Childcare Apprenticeship Tutor. Based from home with travel across the Manchester area to visit apprentices in their workplace setting, the successful candidate will deliver Level 4 & 5 Apprenticeships to learners in the Residential Childcare sector. With 25 years of experience in the Education and Apprenticeship sector, our client were founded on the principle that they wanted to deliver training differently. They are continuously looking at new and innovative ways of meeting the needs of their learners and employer and are passionate about supporting their staff to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the planning and delivery of teaching, learning and assessment that engages and challenges learners to develop new skills and knowledge
- Act as subject matter expert, advising and guiding learners through their qualification and beyond through the application and sharing of knowledge, understanding and experience.
- Accountable for the learner achievement, continuously reviewing and tracking learner progress and developing action plans to ensure consistent and positive success rates and timely completion across your caseload.
