Recruitment Consultant – EdTech Sales
Location: Fareham (3 days a week in office)
Salary: £28-34k uncapped commission

We’ve already established strong relationships in the EdTech space – now we’re doubling down. As part of our ambitious growth plans, we're hiring a Recruitment Consultant to own the Sales & Account Management desk within the rapidly growing EdTech market for us.
The Role
You’ll take charge of recruitment for all Sales & Account Management roles within our growing EdTech client base.
You'll manage and grow relationships with existing clients, whilst also selling our staffing products & solutions to EdTech businesses that we’re not already speaking to
This role is perfect for a Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first, sales-led environment.
Responsibilities:
Partner with existing EdTech clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver top-tier sales talent
- Win and develop new business within the EdTech space using a mix of outreach channels (we have an incredible sales tech stack!)
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process: from sourcing and screening to closing offers
- Build deep candidate networks within Sales and Account Management across the EdTech sector
- Deliver a 5-star experience to clients and candidates alike – always
- Stay close to EdTech market trends and continuously share insights with clients
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings ambition, energy & emotional intelligence to the table. You’ll be driven by outcomes, love connecting with people, and thrive in a high-performance culture.
You’ll have:
- 2+ years of 360 recruitment experience
- Proven track record of winning new business
- Confidence in cold calling and using multiple channels to generate leads & win business.
- Experience placing candidates in Sales, Account Management roles or similar
- A commercial mindset – you understand the value of B2B relationships
- High emotional intelligence – you’re empathetic, self-aware & people-driven
- Grit and resilience – you keep going when it gets tough
- A proactive, ownership-first mindset – you want to build and own your desk

Package:
- Starting salary of £28,000 – £34,000
- Commission = 25-35% (uncapped)
