I’m working with an independent training provider (not FE) who are looking to bring in a Plumbing Gas Tutor / Trainer to support delivery at their centre near Derby.
The role:
- Deliver plumbing and gas training to apprentices and adult learners
- Teaching areas including domestic gas, heating systems, smart meters, heat pumps and energy-efficient technologies
- Deliver short courses and ticket renewals (ACS, upskilling etc.) alongside apprenticeship delivery
- Supporting learners through their programmes, reviews and progression
What they’re looking for:
- Background in plumbing / gas (domestic or commercial)
- Open to tutors, trainers, lecturers or strong industry candidates looking to move into teaching
- Teaching / assessing qualifications beneficial but not essential
