I’m working with an independent training provider who are looking to bring in a Gas Trainer to support delivery across their Managed Learning Programmes (MLP).

The role includes:

  • Delivering gas training to adult learners on intensive MLP/bootcamp-style programmes (typically 8–16 weeks)
  • Teaching from entry level, covering core domestic gas areas including CCN1, CENWAT, MET1 and related ACS elements
  • Supporting learners through theory, practical training and initial ACS assessments
  • Preparing learners to progress into the industry, where they will complete their on-site portfolio and gain experience
  • Mix of practical workshop delivery and classroom-based learning

  • Strong domestic gas background
  • Current or previously held ACS (CCN1, CENWAT etc.)
  • Open to tutors, trainers, lecturers or engineers looking to move into teaching
  • Teaching / assessing qualifications beneficial but not essential
