Clinical Lead Deputy Manager - Complex Care
FIND Medical are currently supporting a leading healthcare provider in the recruitment of an experienced Clinical Lead Deputy Manager to join a specialist neuro and spinal care service.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to provide senior clinical leadership, drive quality improvement and support the delivery of safe, effective and compassionate care within a complex healthcare environment.
The Role
You will provide visible clinical leadership across the service, supporting nursing teams to maintain excellent standards of care, governance and patient outcomes.
- Leading and developing clinical teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Driving improvements in quality, safety, compliance and clinical standards.
- Supporting clinical governance, audits, investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Working collaboratively with MDT colleagues, healthcare partners and senior leaders.
- Mentoring staff and supporting the development of future clinical leaders.
Qualifications
- Active NMC registration.
- Significant experience within neuro, spinal, neurorehabilitation, complex care or another high‑acuity setting.
- Proven experience leading clinical teams and driving service improvements.
- Strong knowledge of tracheostomy care and respiratory management.
- Excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills.
