Operations Director – Elderly Care Services West Midlands, Cambridgeshire and Northampton £90,000–£95,000 plus excellent benefits package

Are you ready to join a forward-thinking, premium elderly care provider at a pivotal stage of growth? This is a senior opportunity for an experienced Operations Director to oversee and scale a portfolio of high-quality elderly care services.

We are seeking a commercially astute, strategic operator with a proven track record in multi-site elderly care operations, including commissioning new services, stabilising performance, and scaling quality across a growing portfolio. Working closely with an experienced and supportive senior leadership team, you will lead on operational performance, quality assurance, financial outcomes, and people development.

You will play a key role in shaping strategy, supporting Home Managers, and ensuring new and existing services are successfully commissioned, embedded and optimised. This role will suit a leader who is comfortable operating at both strategic and operational level – confident driving occupancy, fee growth and margin, while maintaining the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance.
