We’re recruiting for an experienced Home Manager to lead a well‑established residential care home in Newcastle.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a home with a Good CQC rating across all five key areas, offering a supportive environment, a stable team and the chance to continue building on an already strong reputation for delivering high‑quality care.

As Home Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the home, ensuring exceptional standards of care, regulatory compliance and operational performance.

You’ll lead and inspire your team while maintaining a positive culture centred around residents’ wellbeing and person‑centred care.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience as a Home Manager within an elderly residential care home.
  • A strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance.
  • A proven track record of maintaining high standards and leading successful inspections.

  • Strong occupancy, budget management and people management experience.
