I am working on a high impact leadership opportunity within a well backed and growing skills and training group. This is not a steady state management role. It is an opportunity to take ownership of a division and scale it.
The Opportunity
- Full ownership of an Electrical Training division with strong foundations
- Grow revenue from circa £2M to £5M
- Lead an established training centre and support the launch of new sites
- Opportunity to influence across a wider group of training brands
You will be joining at a point of investment and momentum, with leadership support in place to drive growth.
What you will be doing
- Lead and develop the electrical training function across delivery, team and performance
- Drive revenue growth and overall division strategy
- Oversee centre performance, learner outcomes and quality
- Build and develop a high performing training team
- Support apprenticeship delivery and expansion
- Play a key role in scaling operations and opening new centres
The setup (as is)
- Team of around 10 across trainers and support
- Established training centre with expectation of being on site c2 days a week (Yorkshire)
- Circa 200 apprentices currently on programme
- Recent investment into quality and leadership infrastructure
What they are looking for
- Strong electrical industry background
- Experience leading training teams or centres
- Track record of improving or scaling performance
- Apprenticeship knowledge is highly desirable
- Experience setting up new centres or scaling operations is a plus
