FIND are a specialist staffing business, servicing the Skills, Learning & Apprenticeship markets across the UK. We are on the lookout for an Employability Tutor to support with delivery of accredited qualifications in the following areas:
- Care
- Business Skills
- Construction
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage delivery of Employability Skills to participants looking to gain employment.
- Deliver high-quality Employability classes adapting to various learning styles and needs to suit small groups of learners.
- Ensure inclusive teaching strategies are embedded across the team.
- Promote a positive learning environment that supports engagement, wellbeing, and progress.
- Develop and implement effective schemes of work and curriculum planning tailored to individual learner needs.
- Provide support of safeguarding measures.
- Monitor and evaluate teaching and learning standards, carrying out observations and learning walks.
- Track learner progress, outcomes, and achievement rates against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure compliance with awarding bodies, funding requirements, and college policies.
Person Specification:
- Recognised teaching or assessing qualifications (e.g. A1, TAQA, CAVA, D32/33 PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, PTTLS)
- Level 2 or above qualification in English and Maths.
- Proven experience delivering Employability Skills - supporting learners with ALNs.
Salary up to £30,000 + additional benefits.
