Job Description
- Oversee daily operations, compliance, and CQC standards across the care home
- Lead and manage staff recruitment, retention, supervision, and rota coordination
- Ensure clinical governance through safe medication practices, auditing, and CPA-based care planning
- Maintain health and safety via regular environmental reviews and legislative knowledge (MHA, MCA, DoLS)
- Participate in rotational on-call duties to support service continuity and crisis response
- Minimum 2 years as a CQC Registered Manager
- Background in rehab, forensic or low secure mental health care settings
- Strong understanding of CPA, PBS and My Shared Pathway (MSP)
- Knowledge of risk assessments, clinical governance, and audit practices
- Familiarity with rehabilitation and recovery service pathways desirable
