Overview

We're partnering with an ambitious, high-quality elderly care provider that is entering an exciting phase of expansion and is looking for an experienced Operations Director to help drive the next stage of its journey. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded and people-focused leader with a strong background in multi-site elderly care operations. You will play a pivotal role in supporting existing services, leading new commissions, and ensuring quality, culture and performance remain at the heart of everything the organisation does.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee operational performance across a growing portfolio, providing guidance and support to Home Managers while driving occupancy, quality, compliance and financial success.
  • Discuss long-term strategy in the boardroom as well as spending time in homes, supporting teams and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Build high-performing teams, develop leaders and create environments where residents, families and colleagues thrive.

Qualifications

  • Experience in multi-site elderly care operations with a strong focus on commercial performance and people management.
  • Proven track record of commissioning, turnaround projects, and scaling services within the elderly care sector.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational leadership.
