We are representing one of the largest training providers in the sector—an Ofsted Grade 2 organisation with over 30 years of experience. They deliver training across all four nations of the UK, supporting over 7,000 active apprentices. Recognised as a trusted leader in the field, they are now seeking an Essential Skills ICT Tutor to join their team.

Salary: £31,000

Location: Hybrid role with travel across Northern Ireland as required

Qualifications:

  • A degree in ICT is preferred; however, relevant career experience may be considered as an alternative.
  • A recognised teaching qualification at Level 5 or above is preferable.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent qualifications) in English & Maths (Grade A-C) or Essential Skills Level 2 (or higher).

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Technical Skills: Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills. Experience in training design and delivery. Up-to-date knowledge of Learning & Development strategies.
  • Behavioural Skills: Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
