Job Description
FIND are a specialist staffing business, servicing the Skills, Learning & Apprenticeship markets across the UK. We’re on the lookout for an ESOL Employability Tutor to support with delivery of Employability Skills & Functional Skills Delivery. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage delivery of ESOL & Employability Skills to participants looking to gain employment.

- Deliver high-quality ESOL & Employability classes adapting to various learning styles and needs to suit small groups of learners.
- Ensure inclusive teaching strategies are embedded across the team.
- Promote a positive learning environment that supports engagement, wellbeing, and progress.
- Develop and implement effective schemes of work and curriculum planning tailored to individual learner needs.
- Provide support of safeguarding measures.
- Monitor and evaluate teaching and learning standards, carrying out observations and learning walks.
- Track learner progress, outcomes, and achievement rates against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure compliance with awarding bodies, funding requirements, and college policies.
Person Specification:Essential:
- Recognised teaching or assessing qualifications (e.g. A1, TAQA, CAVA, D32/33 PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, PTTLS)
- Level 2 or above qualification in English and Maths.
- Proven experience delivering ESOL & Employability Skills – supporting learners with ALN’s.
