Endoscopy Nurse Manager (Permanent)
St John’s Wood, London — Full-time — Up to £55,000
We are currently seeking an experienced Endoscopy Nurse Manager to join a well-established service in St John’s Wood on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader to take ownership of a busy endoscopy unit, providing operational oversight, clinical expertise, and ongoing support to the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the endoscopy unit
- Lead, support, and manage the nursing team
- Ensure high standards of patient care and safety are consistently maintained
- Maintain compliance with JAG standards and regulatory requirements
- Support service delivery, capacity management, and performance
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (NMC) with endoscopy experience
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role
- Strong understanding of endoscopy procedures and pathways
- JAG knowledge/experience preferred
