FIND are delighted to be working in partnership with a well established and growing training provider to hire an Early Years Apprenticeship Tutor. Our client specialise in supporting Early Years, Teaching Assistant and wider Childcare training, helping learners flourish and meet sector standards. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assessor/Tutor to join our established team. This is a pivotal role supporting learners undertaking qualifications in Early Years, ensuring they gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence to succeed. You will deliver engaging learning sessions, provide constructive feedback, and assess knowledge and competence across work-based learning programmes.
Responsibilities
- Support a caseload of learners across Early Years qualifications, guiding their professional development journey.
- Plan, deliver, and assess teaching, learning, and assessment activities in line with awarding organisation requirements.
- Provide personalised support and feedback, enabling learners to achieve their apprenticeship standards and qualifications.
- Carry out workplace observations, assessments, and progress reviews with accuracy, fairness, and integrity.
- Uphold high standards of safeguarding, well-being, and inclusion for all learners in line with organisational and legislative expectations.
- Accurately maintain learner progress records, reporting on achievement and providing updates.
