We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join a well-established private mental health hospital in Dewsbury as a Deputy Ward Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated nurse ready to take the next step into leadership, supporting the Ward Manager in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care within a structured and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Ward Manager in the day-to-day running of the ward
  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of nursing staff
  • Ensure the delivery of safe, effective and high-quality patient care
  • Oversee care planning, risk assessments and clinical documentation

Requirements

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC pin
