Are you a Mechanical Engineer looking to pass on your knowledge and experience to the next generation? We are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Trainer to deliver Level 3 apprenticeship training to learners working towards Mechanical Engineering qualifications.
Duties
- Deliver theory and practical Mechanical Engineering training to Level 3 apprentices
- Support learners throughout their apprenticeship journey
- Deliver workshop and classroom-based sessions
- Prepare learners for assessments and End Point Assessment (EPA)
- Monitor learner progress and provide feedback
- Ensure training is delivered safely and to a high standard
- Maintain learner records and training documentation
Requirements
- Industry experience within Mechanical Engineering
- Level 3 qualification in a relevant Mechanical Engineering discipline
- Passion for developing and supporting apprentices
- Previous teaching experience is beneficial but not essential
