Job Description

FIND are a specialist staffing business, servicing the Skills & Employability markets across the UK. We’re representing a market-leading not-for-profit training provider that delivers innovative adult skills and employability programmes across Sheffield. With a strong reputation for helping people gain new skills and move into sustainable employment, this organisation works closely with government departments, employers, and local partners to support individuals from a wide range of backgrounds. The RoleWe’re recruiting for multiple Careers Advisors to join the Sheffield delivery team. You’ll provide high-quality careers information, advice, and guidance (IAG) to adults across a centre is Sheffield.  You’ll use your knowledge of local labour market trends to help individuals understand their options, make informed career decisions, and progress into learning or work. This is a varied, rewarding role where no two days are the same. Key aspects of the role include:

  • Delivering both group sessions and 1:1 guidance to adults, covering topics such as employability, upskilling, and education pathways.
  • Promoting the service to local partners and organisations to increase referrals.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders including Jobcentre Plus, training providers, colleges, and community organisations.
  • Supporting contract performance targets by helping individuals achieve positive learning and job outcomes.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with DfE, Ofsted, and Matrix quality standards.
  • Using labour market information to inform delivery and inspire customers.
