I’m working with a training provider in the Bristol area who are looking to appoint a Roofing Trainer to deliver apprenticeship training. This is a great opportunity for an experienced roofer who’s ready to step off the tools and move into training - no prior teaching experience is required, as all training and qualifications are fully funded.
The role:
- Delivering apprenticeship training in Slating & Tiling (Level 1) and Flat Roofing (Level 3)
- Supporting apprentices through practical and classroom-based learning
- Assessing learner progress and providing constructive feedback
- Using provided resources to plan and deliver engaging training sessions
- Working closely with employers to support apprentice development
