I’m recruiting for an experienced Senior Orthopaedic Scrub Nurse or ODP to join the theatre team within a private hospital in Bath.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced theatre practitioner with a strong background in orthopaedic scrub who is looking to take the next step within a well-established private healthcare setting.
The Role
- Working as a senior member of the theatre team, primarily within orthopaedic scrub
- Supporting the safe and effective delivery of theatre lists
- Working closely with surgeons, anaesthetists and the wider theatre team
- Maintaining high standards of patient care, safety and clinical practice
- Supporting and guiding less experienced members of the theatre team
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN or qualified ODP with HCPC registration
- Strong orthopaedic scrub experience
- Previous experience working within a theatre environment
- Confident working as part of a multidisciplinary surgical team
- Senior-level experience would be advantageous
