The Sales Processing Administrator supports the sales team and customers by keeping sales, purchasing and installation records accurate and up to date across the clients 3 systems. The role combines contract and order processing, invoicing, reporting and front-line customer contact; making sure every new sale moves smoothly from contract to installation.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Systems Processing sales contracts and locations onto Sage CRM Creating Purchase Orders in Sage 200 Processing jobs, equipment and locations onto the Job Watch routing system Monthly & PQR/ad hoc invoicing Processing end of month reconciliations Building & maintaining various spreadsheets & reports
Sales Team & Customer Support
Supporting sales team with portfolio information, quotes and other ad hoc info Be a point of contact for customers & sales team for “pre-installation” enquiries, plus ad hoc sales & invoicing information Along with other admin team members, answer incoming calls and action/forward as required Look up & communicate service schedules on request for Sales team and customers About you Good understanding of Sage and Microsoft Excel Excellent organisational skills Excellent IT literacy, including advanced Excel and openness to utilising AI Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Ability to work to deadlines Excellent team player Flexible, hardworking and reliable Comfortable using own initiative Exceptional attention to detail Solutions-led Company Values Dedication to customers Respect for individuals Highest standards of performance Innovation Teamwork Personal responsibility & accountability
