The Role:

Our hygiene facilities client is offering a great opportunity for the right person, who ideally will be living within a suitable location to offer their services covering an area spanning Dorset, Havant & Hampshire of the following postcodes of BH, DT and SO. Mondays you would attend their office just past Crawley to offload and restock, and then the rest of the week is left to yourself to work your own patch! Working from your home address, you will travel daily around a specific area each day, carrying out site surveys, delivering and installing (and on occasions removing) washroom equipment and completing scheduled servicing and cleaning procedures. The client is market-leading within their sector of supply, delivery and installation of washroom equipment, backed up by their expert service and maintenance support. Due to their continued growth, they are seeking an additional team member to offer their services to customers, new and old. The geographical area will broadly cover along the south coast from Southampton to Poole, with flexibility to go further afield on occasion. About You:

You will need to have held a full UK driving license for at least three years and will benefit from the provision of a company vehicle, fuel card for that vehicle, and a mobile phone & tablet. Additionally, company uniform, safety wear, and all tools and equipment will be provided. You will benefit from full training from their dedicated team to ensure you are set up for success, and once on the job, you will benefit from the support of their team leaders and field service managers who liaise with the engineer team on a daily basis. You will need to demonstrate a genuine intention to deliver the very highest levels of customer service, working with total integrity, and you will be encouraged to demonstrate commitment to your job role, including showing on occasion true innovation in completing the task at hand, to the customers' and company's satisfaction. For the right candidate, this is a very positive and rewarding role as, whilst you will be working to a schedule that you will be required to complete fully, once out on your rounds you will be personally responsible for your tasks. You will get to know your regular customers and they will come to appreciate and value your work.

The Finer Details:

The client offers a starting salary of £27,976 per annum, which will be reviewed on completion of a satisfactory probation period; a contributory company pension scheme; access to subsidised private healthcare; 25 days annual leave plus all Bank Holidays. There is the possibility of early starts/early finishes on some days, however normal working hours are 40 during Monday to Friday with overtime payments made where appropriate for hours worked over the basic. There will on occasion be requirements for outside of normal hours attendance at customer washrooms (i.e. very early mornings). Increasing your pay is also possible by upselling our services to existing customers where possible.
