Find Your Feet CIC delivers creative, digital, and employability programmes that support confidence, skills, and progression. We work within funded and third-sector delivery models and provide strong programme infrastructure, clear boundaries around scope, and a collaborative working environment that values quality delivery, sustainability, and realistic workloads.
Facilitators are supported with structured materials, clear session plans, and dedicated project coordination, allowing you to focus on high-quality teaching and learner engagement rather than administration or unscoped work.
Find Your Feet CIC is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Facilitator to deliver structured, teaching-led online training as part of a funded employability and skills programme. This role is ideal for someone with a training, tutoring, or teaching background who is confident delivering digital marketing content in a supportive, learner-centred way. You will be delivering a live online programme to a cohort of 13β15 learners, supporting them to work towards a Level 2 accredited qualification in Social Media Marketing. Learners are a mix of young people (16β24+) and adults, with varied confidence and prior experience. The programme is practical, structured, and progression-focused, with a strong emphasis on applied learning.
