We are looking for a charismatic and experienced Restaurant Manager for a stunning British seaside restaurant on the heart of the South East coast. This incredible venue has a 70 cover restaurant with a world-renowned Exec Chef at the helm and all set within stunning grounds, right by the sea.
This role will focus on the newly opened restaurant which serves dinner only during the week and lunch at the weekends. There is a big focus on seasonal and local produce with only the finest ingredients on the menu. There are plans to open 4-5 more sites in the UK in the next few years, providing huge opportunities for progression.

- Managing a team of 8, reporting to Hotel Manager
- Looking after the rotas, training and hiring
- Assistance with relocation if needed
