We are recruiting for a charismatic, hands-on Hotel Manager for a stunning boutique hotel on the SE coast of England. This picturesque property has a destination restaurant with a world-class Exec chef at the helm and caters for a discerning clientele. With a second site opening next year, and a third in the pipeline, there is real scope for development in a thriving business. We are looking for someone in (or moving back to) the UK who is willing to relocate to a beautiful part of the country.
Hotel Manager Role:
- Overseeing all aspects of the property with a main focus on the F&B
- Accountable for P&L, recruiting and operations with support from HO
- Driving revenue and SPH across all outlets
Hotel Manager Experience:
- AGM/RM/F&B Manager or HOD with a strong restaurant background
- Boutique Hotel, Private Members club or lifestyle hospitality experience
- Independent operator, hands-on and ambitious
Hotel Manager Rewards:
