Find Space is a two-sided marketplace, so growth means two audiences: the traders, brands, and organisers searching for space, and the venues and hosts listing it. We're looking for our first marketing hire to own that function end to end, from brand and content to performance channels and community. You'll work directly with our founder to set the growth strategy and then run it.
Responsibilities
- Build and own the marketing strategy for both sides of the marketplace
- Plan and run acquisition channels: SEO, content, paid, and partnerships
- Grow and nurture our community of traders, brands, and venue hosts
- Own brand voice and messaging across the site and campaigns
- Set up tracking and report on growth metrics with our founder
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in growth or marketing, ideally with two-sided or marketplace products
- Comfortable owning a channel strategy end to end, from plan to execution
- Strong writing skills and a good eye for brand and messaging
- Data-driven, comfortable setting up and reading your own reporting
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to small businesses, traders, or independent brands
- SEO and content strategy experience
- Experience as an early marketing hire at a startup
