We’re seeking a hands-on Clinical Deputy Manager to support a large, well-run care home providing nursing, dementia, residential, palliative, and respite care. You’ll work closely with the Home Manager to lead the team, maintain excellent standards, and ensure residents receive exceptional, person-centred care.

You’ll be:

  • Leading and inspiring the clinical team
  • Driving quality, compliance, and best practice
  • Supporting staff development and retention
  • Providing on-call support on alternate weekends

You’ll have:

  • RGN preferred (RMN considered)
  • Experience as a Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead, or Unit Manager ready to step up
