We are working with a well-established, family-run elderly care provider based in Surrey, known for delivering compassionate, person-centred care within a warm and welcoming residential setting. As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and team engagement.
