Find Recruitment Group LTD is seeking a dedicated Safeguarding & Welfare Officer to lead safeguarding, welfare and wellbeing across an apprenticeship programme. This remote role requires occasional travel around the Midlands as needed.
You will act as safeguarding lead, ensuring concerns are managed effectively, learners receive support, and safeguarding remains central to programme delivery. You will train staff, promote wellbeing and liaise with external agencies, authorities and stakeholders.
