A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Communications Executive to join a leading global automotive brand's Training Academy. This is a newly shaped role where you'll play a key part in how the organisation communicates with its nationwide retailer network and thousands of learners across its training and apprenticeship programmes. If you're a strong communicator with experience creating content across multiple channels and you're looking to step up into a fast-paced, high-profile environment this is an excellent next move.
The Role
- Develop and deliver engaging internal communications across email, intranet, newsletters, blogs, and digital channels.
- Help structure and improve how the organisation communicates with its national retailer network and learner community.
- Create messaging, content, updates, and templates in line with brand guidelines.
- Work closely with teams across L&D, operations, and senior stakeholders to ensure clear, consistent communication.
- Use the organisation's CRM/communications platform (training provided) to manage outbound comms.
- Support content planning, communications scheduling, and measuring engagement and impact.
About You
- A doer — proactive, hands-on, and confident owning communications delivery.
- Experienced in a communications role (e.g., internal comms, marketing comms, content, PR, or L&D communications).
- A strong writer with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with stakeholders at different levels.
- Looking for a step up into a larger, global brand environment.
- Able to commute to Wokefield Park twice per week (driving required).
- Experience in the automotive industry is not required.
