I'm working with a training provider who are looking to bring in a qualified Signalling Instructor to support delivery across their rail programmes.
The role:
- Deliver signalling training to apprentices and existing rail professionals
- Support both initial training and upskilling programmes
- Deliver a mix of classroom and practical-based sessions
- Travel to client sites across the UK as required
- Support learners through training, assessments and progression
What they’re looking for:
- Qualified within rail signalling (essential)
- Must hold a recognised teaching qualification (AET / PTLLS / CTLLS / DTLLS / DET or equivalent)
- Assessor qualification desirable (TAQA / A1 / equivalent)
- Experience delivering training or working in an instructional capacity
- Comfortable delivering to groups and representing the provider on client sites
- Willingness to travel nationwide
