Are you an experienced hospitality leader looking to join a premium care provider that places exceptional resident experience at the heart of everything it does? We are supporting a highly regarded national luxury care home provider as they recruit a Head of Hospitality to lead and elevate hospitality standards across their portfolio. This organisation is known for its beautifully designed homes, high‐end service delivery and strong investment in people, training and quality.
Responsibilities
- Hold strategic responsibility for all hospitality functions across the group, including catering, housekeeping, laundry and hotel services.
- Work closely with operational and clinical leaders to develop hospitality strategies, drive continuous improvement and support home‐based teams to deliver outstanding service.
- Play a key role in shaping brand experience, supporting new home openings, and ensuring hospitality services align seamlessly with person‐centred care and wellbeing outcomes.
