A great opportunity for a driven salesperson to join one of the UK's largest and most established providers of professional and tech training. You'll handle warm inbound enquiries for over 1,200 short courses, speaking with individuals and businesses who proactively request information—no cold calling required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound enquiries from individuals and organisations.
- Make approx. 25 calls per day.
- Book approx. 7 meetings per week.
- Qualify customers, understand needs, prepare quotes and proposals.
- Close sales and convert enquiries into course bookings.
- Manage a pipeline of active learners and business clients.
- Update CRM with all activity and maintain accurate records.
- Work cross-functionally with service, scheduling and delivery teams.
- Learn the product portfolio and communicate confidently.
What We're Looking For:
- Some sales or recruitment experience preferred.
- Confident on the phone with strong closing ability.
- Relationship builder with commercial awareness.
- Driven, ambitious and comfortable working at pace.
