My client is seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Administrator to join their team based on site. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous HR experience, particularly in recruitment and onboarding, to contribute to a dynamic and supportive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing the recruitment and onboarding process
- Creating and posting job adverts
- Organizing shortlisting and interview processes
- Providing feedback to candidates
- Issuing employment offers and contracts
- Overseeing the induction of new starters
- Proven experience in an HR administrative role
- Strong recruitment and onboarding skills
- Experience in the education, public sector, or within a Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) is desirable
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
