As Head of Operations/Learning , you\’ll lead a team of expert coaches delivering cutting-edge learning programmes that help (non-techie) professionals understand, adopt, and apply AI in their roles. This isn\’t about coding or data science it\’s about bringing AI into the everyday business toolkit – think HR teams, middle & senior managers, change & Improvement specialists. They all need to learn AI.
What you\’ll be doing
- Build and lead a brilliant team of industry coaches who inspire confidence, curiosity, and change.
- Keep knowledge sharp by supporting your team\’s growth, ensuring they\’re at the forefront of AI trends and effective coaching practice.
- Champion quality by setting high standards and making sure every learner has an engaging, valuable experience.
- Shape future leaders by nurturing your team to take ownership, mentor others, and step into bigger roles.
- Oversee delivery of impactful programmes, ensuring learners feel supported from start to finish.
- Strengthen and evolve the model – you\’ll have a voice in shaping programme design and delivery flow.
- Be an AI advocate internally and externally, bringing insights, inspiration, and practical applications to the table.
- Play a key role in strategy , collaborating with other senior leaders to keep coaching at the heart of the business.
