This is a great opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager or Team Leader to join a lovely elderly care home in Maidstone. As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and team engagement. You will play a key role in leading and supporting the care and activities teams, while also being prepared to take full operational responsibility in the absence of the Registered Manager.
