We are a specialist healthcare recruitment business dedicated to delivering high-quality support to both our clients and candidates. Over the past 12 months, we have grown to a team of four consultants and are continuing to scale in a measured and sustainable way. As part of our continued growth, we are looking to bring in a Recruitment Consultant to lead and develop our healthcare desk, working closely with providers and candidates to deliver meaningful, lasting placements.
The Role
You will take charge of recruitment for all healthcare roles within our growing client base. You will manage and grow relationships with existing clients, whilst also selling our staffing products to those we are not already speaking to. This role is perfect for a Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first, sales-led environment.
