£450 £500 per day Outside IR35 3-month contract 35 hours per week
I m recruiting for a client looking for an experienced Estimator to support a major rail/infrastructure project. The role requires someone with strong estimating and pricing experience alongside broader commercial and contractual knowledge.
The role:
- Prepare detailed estimates and commercial pricing for rail/infrastructure works
- Build project costs across labour, materials, plant and subcontractors
- Manage tender submissions, ITTs, PQQs and associated pricing
- Obtain, review and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations
