Role

Hospitality Skills Coach

Experience Required

No prior teaching/training experience is needed; our client will provide you with all the tools and support needed to become a qualified trainer. You do need to have prior experience working in Front of House leadership within Hospitality Chains, Restaurants, or Hotels.

Location

Home-based with travel around Southampton & Berkshire (candidates must drive and have their own vehicle).

Salary

Starting salary of £27,000 + additional benefits & OTE.

The Role

As a Hospitality Trainer/Coach, you\’ll enjoy the flexibility of working from home and visiting different sites within your region to meet your learners face-to-face. Typically, you will spend around 2-3 days per week at these sites, with the freedom to arrange your own work schedule.

Your daily duties will include:

  • Working with Hospitality apprentices in Front of House or Food & Beverage roles.
  • Using your industry knowledge to train the next generation of Hospitality Professionals.
  • Meeting new apprentices and discussing their learning needs.
  • Supporting apprentices with their functional skills, including the importance of English and maths in their roles.
  • Visiting employers and providing feedback on apprentices\’ skills.
  • Developing relationships with employers in your area.
