Divisional Business Manager - Education Location: Home-based with national travel Salary: £60,000-£68,000 + Benefits The Opportunity We're recruiting for a commercially focused senior leader to support the strategic and operational performance of a growing education portfolio. Working alongside the Director of Education and senior leadership team, you'll drive business performance, financial sustainability, operational improvement and strategic growth across multiple education services. Key Responsibilities Lead business planning and performance reporting. Monitor budgets and commercial performance. Drive operational improvement across multiple sites. Support growth, occupancy and service development. Lead strategic projects and organisational change. Develop executive reports and business intelligence. Build strong relationships across operational and corporate teams. About You You'll have: Senior business management experience within education or another regulated multi-site environment. Strong financial and commercial acumen. Experience managing budgets and analysing performance. Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills. The ability to influence at executive level and drive organisational improvement
