Act as a leader and mentor, providing guidance to junior staff and fellow Mental Health Nurses (RMNs). Work effectively within a Multi-Disciplinary Team, fostering strong collaboration in care planning. Engage in continuous professional development, supervision, and appraisal. Assist in recruitment and retention, ensuring a skilled and dedicated nursing workforce. Skills & qualifications required: Experience in care planning, risk assessments, and report writing relevant to mental health nursing. Strong understanding of Mental Health Act legislation and statutory care requirements. Proven ability to lead shifts, coordinate staffing, and support team development. Commitment to mentoring junior Mental Health Nurses ( RMN ) and enhancing clinical practice.
