Find My Staff Ltd are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator on behalf of our client. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a strong attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Due to location and there not being any public transport links, you will need your own transport, e.g. car or bike. You will need prior experience within a manufacturing environment and operating machinery. The working days are Monday-Sunday, excluding Saturdays, this is working on a rotational shift pattern basis of 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am. Please ensure that your CV is fully up to date, as this will be the client's first impression of you. It must show that you have experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Duties:
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for assembly tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify any mechanical issues or maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Document production activities accurately as required.
