The predicted salary is between 12.6 - 15.4 £ per hour.
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our well established client based in Norwich, for a temporary Maintenance Operative the shift pattern is 4 on 4 off 10am - 3pm, paying £13.50ph
The role will include
- Keeping the site clean and tify
- Empty all bins and ensure they are clean, hygienic, and properly
- Carry out weed control across paved and landscaped areas
- Cut grass in designated green spaces
- Strim lawns, trim shrubs and maintain plant areas.
- Clear fallen leaves
- Basic Repairs: Carrying out minor DIY repairs, such as replacing light bulbs, repairing broken fences, or painting over damage
- Monitor site perimeter and identfiying hazards
- The ideal candidate will need,
- Willingness to learn
- Previous experience as a ground maintenance/ Handyman role
- Basic Health & Safety Knowledge
- an eye for details
- the ability to heavy lift
