Find My Staff are seeking a skilled and reliable Loading Shovel Operator on behalf of our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating loading shovels safely and efficiently. The working weeks are 42.5 hours a week over 5 over 7 days Monday-Sunday. Key Responsibilities: Operate loading shovels to load, unload, and move materials. Conduct daily pre-operation inspections and report any equipment issues. Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment. Assist with site housekeeping and ensure work areas are maintained in a clean and safe condition. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines. Qualifications & Experience: Valid CPCS/NPORS or equivalent qualification for operating loading shovels. Proven experience operating loading shovels on-site. Good understanding of health and safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and reliability.
