Description
We are looking for a talented Head of Client Services with exceptional relationship and team management skills to join a fast-growing full-service agency. Managing and motivating a well-established team of AD's, AM's and AE's, you will be the ultimate point of escalation for all of the agency's major accounts, ensuring that clients trust, advocate, and grow with the agency.
Day to day, you will be responsible for:
- Building, developing, and retaining an outstanding client services team
- Working collaboratively with teams across the agency to drive performance
- Spotting opportunities for the growth and development of accounts
- Building the agency relationship with existing and new clients
- Onboarding new clients and managing the most senior relationships
- Contributing to the success of your clients and continually being curious about their business
Experience
To be considered for this role, you will be incredibly commercially minded and a skilled team leader. You will be either working as an Account Director or Senior Account Director in a full-service/advertising agency and looking for a step up, or perhaps already working as a Head of Client Services and looking for a new challenge with an ambitious agency.
