We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established care provider for a Home Manager to lead one of their nursing homes in Cleveland.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate leader who is committed to delivering outstanding person-centred care while driving quality, occupancy and team performance.

As Home Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance and commercial performance.

You'll ideally have

  • Previous Home Manager experience within a nursing home.
  • A strong understanding of elderly and dementia care.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
  • Good knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
