We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) to join our team at a specialist mental health hospital in Edinburgh.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective and person-centred nursing care.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer and manage medications in accordance with professional standards.
- Develop therapeutic relationships with patients and their families.
- Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
- Promote patient wellbeing, dignity and recovery at all times.
- Support and mentor junior colleagues and healthcare support workers.
What We're Looking For
- Current NMC registration as an RGN, RMN or RNLD.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate and patient-focused approach.
- Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making abilities.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Previous experience in mental health or inpatient settings is desirable but not essential.
